Awesome Acorns -Younger puppies < 20 Wks

Service Description

Sign up for our Awesome Acorn 6 week course at Fellowship DT, The starters block is designed for puppies under 20 weeks at the first week. Our classes are perfect for complete beginners and cover essential skills such as lead walking, recall, and self-control. With a focus on reward-based training, our stress-free and fun classes will help you build a strong bond with your new puppy. We focus building your skills as much as the puppies. Your puppies will not just learn how to sit, you will learn the skills to teach new behaviours going forward. Please note these aren't socialisation classes as such.  I don't advocate dog socialisation classes as I think they can be rather intense for dogs that lack confidence, and can encourage puppies and young dogs to say hello to EVERY dog they meet.  I prefer they learn to ignore and listen to you in such environments as that's what is expected from them in future.   You can work towards the Awesome Acorn Journey Award (only if you want to), which cover what I consider to be key skills for dogs to have.   Classes are 5 dogs per class. You also get access to our online puppy video vault for a year too - over 80 videos!
